My Business Code of Ethic

These are my ethical standards they are essential to and representative my view of the computer consulting industry as a whole. I will

• Be honest and not knowingly misrepresent facts.
• Install and use only properly licensed software on my systems as well as the clients' systems.
• Ensure that to the best of my knowledge that I can complete the project in a professional manner both in terms of skill and time.
• Keep my clients informed of any matters relating to the contract even if the information is unfavorable, or may jeopardize the contract.
• Safeguard any confidential information or documents entrusted to them and not divulge any confidential information without the consent of the client.
• Not take advantage of proprietary information obtained from the client.
• Not  engage in contracts that are in violation of the law or that might reasonably be used by my clients to violate the law.

Other Things RC Bean Consulting Does

I don't speek geek, Don't get me wrong I can. Most of my clients prefer "Plain Language" discussion when it pertains to the project and explanations. Most client geek speak deals with a term or technology brought about by the project that requires clarification.

Accurate Estimates. It is my responsibility to give you the most accurate project estimate. I won't nickle and dime you with unforseen or unexpected costs. It can happen sometimes by accident but there are unethical or incompetent technicians who have not planned or researched the project or they gain extra money by omitting information you need to make an informed business decision. This is unethical.

Project Timelines. Any Rough Order of Magnitude estimate shall be backed up with an engineering analysis report that will ouline the projects phases and time requirements and assets required in each phase.

Detailed Billing Statements. I want you to know how your money is spent. The bill with a single line entry "For services rendered" is not acceptable to RCBean Consulting. You will always receive a detailed and descriptive billing statement.
